The Callback Configuration is used to send updates to your system regarding the results of a transaction or KYC application.  IdentityMind will use the provided URLs to post updates and send information back to you.

Callback will notify your system if a user updates the status of a transaction while in the IdentityMind system. If a user updates the transaction status, then we will send notification to the defined URL. Only changes to transaction status such as Accept/Deny/Review trigger a callback.

  1. Go to Admin > Merchant Preferences > Callback Configuration
  2. Enter your webhook URL under Consumer Application Update
  3. Save Changes
